Leveraging the renowned Spanish Oloroso-Dark Rum barrels from batch #9, sourced through Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky, Andalusia Key Rye II orchestrates a symphony of flavors. These exceptional casks, which once cradled Spanish Oloroso Sherry before embracing Dark Rum in the Florida Keys, have been thoughtfully selected by company visionaries Bill Straub and Bob D’Antoni. The harmonious union of their rich history and character creates the perfect canvas for the chosen blend of 7.5 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey, crafting the distinctive essence of Andalusia Key Rye.
