A limited selection of only 93 barrels is available for this expression of 99-proof straight rye whiskey. The scent of black pepper is followed by a tart apple cinnamon aroma, resembling a freshly baked green apple danish. In the body, you will enjoy rich toffee notes with smoky tobacco and a slight bitterness of dark roast coffee. The finish is dry with a white pepper warmth and a hint of dark chocolate. Explore this rye neat, on the rocks, or in any classic cocktail.
